Everything was brand-new, no complains at all, had a fantastic stay. Location was great and fab - easy access to a fabulous museum. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was also adjacent to sights and restaurants, Roman theatre, and an excellent super market. Stayed 2 nights and did not want to leave there.

Great value for money and a lovely place to stay. The apartment was easy to find and close to Roman ruins, shops, and parking. The professional greeting from Irene was wonderful. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the price was excellent.
The only minor downside was the absence of a kettle. However, there were all the ingredients for tea and we were able to microwave water.

Even though beds were a bit hard, loved having a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave. Its central location was convenient to Teatro Romano de Merida.
Tbh, the room was very small.

It was conveniently close to the old town, allowing us to easily explore all the historical sites. We especially enjoyed walking through the park and past the Roman ruins to reach the center. the hotel's proximity to the theater was also a great advantage, as it allowed us to stay away from the crowds. the room was lovely and the bathroom was clean. the service was top-notch and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. the facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It would have been better if the check-in procedures were clearly communicated to us before our arrival.

Wonderful 1 night stay. Room with wide bed, self catering facilities, a touch of class. Unbeatable setting close to Merida's roman ruins. And really close to an excellent super market 2 minutes walk away, and central area. Met expectations, would recomand.

We had an excellent 5-night stay at these apartments. Irene, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which was much appreciated after a long drive. the location is perfect, with all the main sights of the city within a 10-minute flat walk. There is also plenty of free parking available. the apartment itself was very modern, clean, and comfortable, situated in a nice and quiet residential area. There is a supermarket conveniently located just across the street. We would highly recommend the nearby restaurant, La Trattoria, for a delicious and affordable meal. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 🌟.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the apartment, as it was very close to the main Roman ruins and the city center. the apartment itself was modern and clean, with a great shower and a well-equipped kitchen. the staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the apartment was located in a quiet and safe area, ensuring a peaceful stay. we were very satisfied with our experience.
The only downside we experienced was a lack of communication regarding access arrangements upon arrival. this was quickly resolved with a phone call, and did not greatly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Great value for money with a well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location was superb, close to historical sites and the town center. The hostess treated us like old friends and gave us helpful recommendations for exploring the area.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps adding more variety or options.

This apartment in a quiet residential area was the best we've stayed in during our travels. The modern, clean and comfortable space had all the kitchen facilities we could want, including a coffee machine with pods and milk provided. The added touches of quality, like the walk-in shower and friendly welcome, made a huge difference. Its location, just blocks away from the Roman amphitheatre and city centre, was perfect for exploring the historical sites and attractions.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
